About the role
Assist the Quality Control Manager at Niger Mills Calabar in verifying and examining raw grains, in-process mill streams, and finished flour products against quality specifications.
Requirements & Qualifications
- OND / HND / B.Sc in Food Science & Technology, Biochemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or Science Lab Technology.
- Experience in proximate analysis, moisture/protein testing, and quality assurance documentation.
- Ability to work shifts in a fast-paced flour milling environment.
