Requirements & Qualifications
- 4-year Degree in Facilities Management, Building Technology, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or Project Management.
- Minimum of 6 years progressive experience in institutional or commercial facilities management.
- Strong vendor management, budgeting, and building automation skills.
